The Experience Team serves our body by creating a warm and hospitable environment for everyone joining us on a Sunday through greeting and setup. We ask that our Experience Team members serve at 1-2 services a month, greeting before service and dismissing after.

Our Communications Team serves the Vintage family by helping people connect digitally with each other and the church. You can serve by managing our livestream chat, collecting gathering highlights, taking pictures, or supporting our socials on a Sunday. We ask that our Communications Team members serve 1-2 services per month in their role.

If you have experience instrumentally, vocally, or with worship dance we encourage you to audition. The Worship Team requires commitment on both the Sundays you will serve and throughout the week for rehearsal and individual practice.

All of our teams take your schedule and availability into consideration and the majority of our teams operate on signups to allow you the flexibility to serve as often as you would like. We suggest that Vintage family members serve once or twice a month to avoid burnout, however some people choose to serve more or less often than this based on personal conviction.

We don’t like to use the word “need” because the Lord has already provided for all the needs we have. We want to provide opportunities for members of the Vintage Family to partner with what the Lord is doing at and through the local church body. That said, we have teams that consistently have more opportunities to serve. Those teams include our Hospitality Team, Vintage Kids, and our Experience Team. What we ask is that you go to the Lord, ask Him where He would like you to serve, and be obedient to whatever He calls you into.

All of our volunteers working with and around children or Life Safety are background checked and interviewed by a member of our team before being cleared to serve. We also strive as a staff to know those that labor among us (1 Thessalonians 5:12). This ensures that we can keep our children, and everyone else, safe and ensure that our Gatherings are a comfortable place for all to worship and encounter the Lord.
